We sell DVDs and books about the West. Most of the items we have created, although some have been purchased from other businesses for resale. We go to great lengths to make sure the products live up to their purpose and therefore, they work. DVDs can be run on most DVD players and computers but on occasion some computer's operating systems fail to run the DVD. That is not a reason for return. Returns are accepted for DVDs that either skip or do not play adequately. We are happy to replace a faulty DVD upon its return within 30 days of shipment, under the following conditions listed below.
Full price refunds are given in the case of duplicate order shipping or if items are returned in new condition, undamaged. Opened DVDs – meaning the shrink wrap has been removed – or damaged – are subject to a 25% restocking/restoration fee prior to refund. This includes the returning of a DVD because the purchaser "didn't like the content." Remember, we sell DVDs and books about Buck Brannaman, horses and the West. Please be sure you want the product before you order.
If you paid by credit card, we will credit the appropriate amount to only the same card used for the transaction. If you have paid by check or money order, we will issue an appropriate refund by mail after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise. This allows time for the original check to clear the bank. All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of shipment. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of our error. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
